Shipping & Delivery Information
Espada aims to complete all orders fast and efficiently. Once an order is placed it is sent to our International warehouse team to be picked and processed. You will be notified throughout the process and sent a tracking number for your Espada order. Please note some parcels will require a signature. To track an item please use the tracking link sent to you via e-mail. PLEASE NOTE: 1. You are responsible for all custom duties and other charges that may be imposed to the parcel by your local customs authority outside of Australia. 2. If ordering outside Australia your total will be shown excluding Tax. 3. We can not deliver to P.O boxes. 4. Longer delivery times apply for remote locations. 5. If you are responsible for a delivery being missed and sent back to Mazon Hockey you will be charged the costs occurred.

Free Delivery
Free Standard Postage - If this option is available at checkout for your order. This will mean that your order will be posted for free using a)e-Parcel with Australia Post within Australia b)Pack & Track with Australia Post if ordered outside Australia. You will be provided a tracking number via e-mail for you to check on your delivery.
Tax Rules
Any orders within Australia are taxed with GST (10%). Orders outside of Australia will not be taxed GST and total shown will exclude tax. You are responsible for all custom duties and other charges that may be imposed to the parcel by your local customs authority outside of Australia. Espada Hockey will provide customs an order invoice showing the product value.
Currency + Conversion
Price varies for different regions according to that particular hockey market. Make sure you select the region you are in as we are unable to process if wrong region is selected or price differences may occur. The currency shown and value depends on PayPal but in most cases it will be AUD $. We try to update the exchange rate weekly to match PayPal rates and charges. Due to exchange rate fluxuation we have no control over these rates. If there is an issue with the total charged to your account please contact us and we will look to resolve any issues.
