The Espada Warranty covers manufacturing faults within 60 days of purchase, the product must accompany a receipt with date of purchase. Warranty may vary between full or part claim depending on the nature of the fault. Espada Hockey reserves the right to repair products under a warranty claim. It is important to note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear in the playing of the game, misuse or abuse, chipping, and or cosmetic changes that do not affect the playing functionality of the product. Please contact us directly (EMAIL) for authorisation prior to returning any potentially faulty goods.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of delivery and get your purchase price back. The product must be returned complete and in original condition including packaging to receive full refund. Postage will not be refunded. If you believe the product to be faulty or not what was advertised please follow the procedure set out in the next step.
Contact Espada Hockey (Email – Social Media) and explain why you wish to send the item back. To speed up the process it is advised to have photographic evidence of the fault and to let the returns team have an initial look at the product concerned. Once this is complete the process of arranging the return to us can be set up. If via email it has been arranged for a return to be made please fill out the returns form (PDF format – save file with surname and send back and post with return). For international returns Espada will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All parcels must be marked ‘Goods returned under warranty’.

The method and route of shipment are at Seller’s discretion unless Buyer timely supplies explicit instructions otherwise. When Product is delivered to the selected carrier a tracking number will be provided to customer. The customer must then monitor the parcel and if any issues arise. If parcel is declined by customer - full price will be charged. If product is lost with carrier Espada will take action.
Any order placed with and accepted by Seller may be cancelled or modified by Buyer only if the goods have not been dispatched from warehouse. Seller will not accept order cancellations or modifications once a product has been delivered to a carrier. If parcel is declined or sent back by customer or duty tax not paid by Buyer, Espada will charge customer the cost of freight and once item is returned issue refund for goods.
Seller warrants that the purchased Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If an analysis is stated on the face of the Invoice, it is not intended to be a complete analysis and is not to be regarded as a specification or warranty, unless specifically stated in writing to be such.
Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Seller and its affiliated or related companies from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, damages and expenses including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and cost of defense arising from, related to or in any way connected with or alleged to arise from or out of any asserted deficiencies or defects in Product caused by any alteration or modification thereof by Buyer with or without Seller’s consent, or improper handling or storage by Buyer, the breach of any term or condition stated herein, Buyer’s failure to label Product or Buyer’s improper labeling of Product regardless of whether the labeling was done with or without the advice of Seller.

Buyer is responsible for any tax or governmental charge imposed upon the sale or shipment when arrives in their Country.
